The AI That Runs Your Network

AI in a network still often plays a fairly limited role, where the AI system sits on top of the network only as a monitoring layer that flags anomalies and hands them off for a manual decision. That is a valuable system for enterprises with a department dedicated to handling the network when things go wrong, though that is not the case for most firms.

From AI-assisted monitoring to AI-autonomous networking

EdgeNectar has built a patented AI system that does not just watch the network and alert when something is wrong, it continuously optimizes the network in real time and fixes the faults itself. We call it AIDEN, the Artificial Intelligence Delivery Edge Network, and it carries out the operational decisions that a traditional network operations team would otherwise have to make by hand. The difference between AI-assisted networking and AI-autonomous networking is the difference between a dashboard that tells you a problem exists and a system that resolves the problem before anyone notices it happened. In plain English, we make your network autonomous.

How AIDEN operates the network in real time

This autonomy begins the moment a network is deployed. Rather than requiring a telecom specialist to configure a core, tune radio parameters, and set monitoring thresholds, AIDEN takes on the provisioning process itself, using pre-configured intelligence that allows a site to go from powered off to production ready in 10 minutes. From there, the same system stays active permanently, continuously ingesting real-time telemetry across the radio network, core functions, edge workloads, and every connected device. It is reading signal quality, latency, jitter, and device health at all times, which allows it to catch a developing problem and fix it long before it becomes an outage that anyone on site would actually notice. When it identifies early signs of degradation or congestion, it corrects the issue automatically without waiting for a team to review an alert, approve a change, and manually apply it.

Zero-touch networking removes the telecom bottleneck

The effect of this is that private 5G becomes something an IT department can operate without also having to become a telecom department. We see it constantly: traditional network operations become a bottleneck for the organization, and the need to become, or hire, specialists in networking just to run the operation has largely passed. The AI-driven, zero-touch network removes that bottleneck by allowing the network to manage itself continuously, shifting private 5G much closer to how modern IT teams already work with most of their infrastructure, where automation and self-healing systems are the norm.

The patented research behind AIDEN

We hold five issued United States patents covering the neural query processing, self-learning knowledge systems, and feedback-driven learning that AIDEN runs on. These patents describe techniques for processing neural queries, a self-learning neural knowledge artifactory for autonomous decision making, and feedback-driven self-learning in neural learning artifactories, among others. This is the underlying research that allows AIDEN to make decisions independently rather than simply surfacing information for a person to act on.

Let AIDEN run the network so you don’t have to

EdgeNectar believes every organization should spend its time and effort on the things it does best, not be limited by the need to learn how to operate a complicated network. Let AIDEN do that work, and leave the bottleneck of traditional network operations behind.

Frequently asked questions

What is AIDEN?

AIDEN (Artificial Intelligence Delivery Edge Network) is EdgeNectar’s patented AI system that provisions, monitors, and operates a private 5G network, correcting routine issues automatically instead of only alerting a human team to them.

What is the difference between AI-assisted and AI-autonomous networking?

AI-assisted networking monitors the network and flags anomalies for a person to review and act on. AI-autonomous networking, which is how AIDEN operates, detects, decides, and corrects the issue itself in real time, without waiting for manual approval.

Does running EdgeNectar’s private 5G require a network operations team?

No. AIDEN handles provisioning and day-to-day operational decisions automatically, so an existing IT department can run the network without also becoming a telecom department.

How many patents protect AIDEN’s technology?

EdgeNectar holds five issued United States patents covering neural query processing, self-learning knowledge systems, and feedback-driven learning, the research that lets AIDEN make operational decisions independently.
