Information we collect
We collect information in the following ways:
- Information you provide directly. When you submit a contact or “Book a Call” form, we collect the details you enter — typically your name, company, email address, phone number, and any message you include.
- Newsletter sign-up. When you subscribe to our newsletter using the sign-up form on the Site, we collect the email address you provide.
- Usage data, via Google Analytics. With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the Site — pages viewed, time on site, general location (city/region level), device and browser type, and how you arrived at the Site. This is collected in aggregate and is not used by us to identify you personally. See Cookies below for how to control this.
- Embedded LinkedIn content. With your consent, some pages display embedded posts from EdgeNectar’s LinkedIn page. Loading an embed lets LinkedIn (Microsoft) know the embed was viewed and may set its own cookies, governed by LinkedIn’s Privacy Policy.
- Technical data collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure logs standard technical data (IP address, browser type, timestamps) for security and reliability purposes.
- To respond to inquiries submitted through our contact and call-booking forms;
- To send newsletter updates and marketing communications to subscribers who have signed up to receive them;
- To understand and improve how visitors use the Site;
- To maintain the security and proper functioning of the Site; and
- To comply with legal obligations.

The Site uses a small number of cookies, all of which are optional except those strictly necessary for the Site to function. When you first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline the optional cookies described above (Google Analytics and LinkedIn embeds); your choice is remembered for future visits and can be changed at any time by clearing your browser’s site data. How we use your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to serve you targeted advertising.
Newsletter and marketing emails
If you subscribe to our newsletter using the sign-up form on the Site, we store the email address you provide so we can send you product updates, company news, and marketing communications about EdgeNectar. By submitting the form, you consent to receiving these emails. We do not use your newsletter subscription for any other purpose and do not sell or share it with third parties. You can withdraw this consent and unsubscribe at any time by contacting us at info@edgenectar.com, or via the unsubscribe option included in the email where available. We retain newsletter subscriber email addresses until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
Who we share your data with

How long we retain your data
Contact form submissions are retained for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain our business records, and are deleted or anonymized when no longer needed. Google Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings on our Google Analytics account, currently set to automatically delete after 14 months.
Your rights (EU/EEA and UK visitors — GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the UK, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; restrict or object to certain processing; and request a copy of your data in a portable format. You can exercise any of these rights by contacting us at info@edgenectar.com. Where we process data based on your consent (such as analytics or LinkedIn embed cookies), you may withdraw that consent at any time via the cookie banner. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Your rights (California residents — CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, to request its deletion, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. EdgeNectar does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. To exercise your rights, contact us at info@edgenectar.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
