EdgeNectar and Ecohash Partner to Deploy Private 5G and AI Infrastructure Platform in Georgia

San Jose, California & Dover, Delaware – April 13, 2026 — EdgeNectar, a leader in AI-powered private 5G solutions, today announced a strategic agreement with Ecohash to deploy advanced private 5G networks and enable next-generation AI infrastructure development in Georgia.

This partnership represents a significant milestone in building a high-performance digital ecosystem designed to meet the rapidly accelerating global demand for AI computing capacity and advanced connectivity.

Enabling AI + connectivity infrastructure

Under the agreement:

  • Ecohash will lead the development of AI data centers, delivering scalable computing capacity for AI training, inference, and cloud services.
  • EdgeNectar will deploy private 5G and transmission networks, providing secure, high-bandwidth, and ultra-low-latency connectivity between data centers, edge environments, and enterprise users.

Together, the companies are building a fully integrated AI + 5G infrastructure platform, combining compute and connectivity to support next-generation digital applications.

Accelerating digital infrastructure in Georgia

EdgeNectar will deploy its flagship CompactOne integrated private 5G system, enabling ultra-low latency connectivity for distributed AI computing, secure enterprise-grade private networks, rapid plug-and-play deployment, and scalable infrastructure for long-term expansion. Ecohash will oversee AI data center design, construction, and operations; power and cooling optimization for high-density AI workloads; and integration with regional and international network infrastructure.

“We are excited to partner with Ecohash to bring both advanced connectivity and AI infrastructure to Georgia,” said Ken Zhang, CEO of EdgeNectar. “Private 5G is a critical enabler for distributed AI computing, and this collaboration allows us to deliver a complete solution — from connectivity to compute. Our platform supports both high-speed transmission and localized private 5G coverage. Initial deployment has already begun, with full operations expected by July 2026.”

Strategic impact

This collaboration positions Georgia as an emerging hub for AI data center infrastructure, private 5G and advanced wireless networks, distributed AI and edge computing, and regional digital transformation. By integrating local AI compute capacity with private 5G connectivity, the platform enables lower latency, enhanced data sovereignty, and improved performance compared to traditional centralized cloud models.
